International Welcome Desk

As part of its international policy, Sorbonne University has launched a new online platform to simplify and harmonise welcome procedures for international arrivals who would like to study, teach or carry out research at Sorbonne University.

Designed as a unique gateway to the university’s services, the platform provides users with a comprehensive guide, from arrival preparation to departure. 

Available in French and English, the International Online Welcome Desk compiles essential information: practical information sheets, personalised information based on personal profiles (students, PhD students, academics and researchers, and at a later stage - administrative staff) and key moments in the mobility process (‘Before my arrival’, ‘During my stay’, ‘Before my departure’).

By providing clear, inclusive and tailored support for new international arrivals, Sorbonne University is reaffirming its commitment to ensuring excellent welcome conditions for its community.
